摘要为了阐明巴西、旧金山和中国出产的卤虫幼体对鱼苗的营养价值,作者对1981年收集的卤虫幼体的营养成分进行了分析。结果表明,上述3个产地的卤虫幼体的近似组成无明显差异。中国产的卤虫幼体钙的禽量最高,约为巴西的2倍,而磷的含量则约为巴西的二分之一,維生素B_6的含量比其它二者低。不同产地的卤虫幼体的尼克酸、生物素,泛酸和抗坏血酸的含量无显著差异。旧金山、巴西和中国产的卤虫幼体的抗坏血酸和抗坏血酸-2硫酸的含量均较高。孵化后经过42小时,几乎未发现由抗坏血酸-2硫酸向抗坏血酸转换。就旧金山产的卤虫的脂肪酸组成而言,亚麻酸的含量较高,而二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸的禽量相当低。
Abstract In order to elucidate the nutritional value of brinefly larvae produced in Brazil, San Francisco and China on fry, the authors analyzed the nutrient composition of Artemia larva collected in 1981. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the approximate composition of Artemia larvae in the above three areas. Artemia larvae produced in China had the highest calcium, about two times that of Brazil, while the phosphorus content was about one-half of that of Brazil, and the content of vitamin B_6 was lower than the other two. There was no significant difference in niacin, biotin, pantothenic acid and ascorbic acid among Artemia nauplii from different habitats. Artemia larvae from San Francisco, Brazil and China both had higher levels of ascorbic acid and ascorbic acid-2 sulfate. After 42 hours after hatching, almost no conversion from ascorbate-2 sulfate to ascorbate was found. The linolenic acid content is higher for the fatty acid composition of Artemia spp. Produced in San Francisco, while the amount of eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid is quite low.
