用SiCl4化学液相沉积法对丝光沸石和ZSM-5沸石进行了表面疏水化,并以正庚烷/水气相混合物竞争吸附法测定了沸石的疏水系数.研究了沸石原料类型、Si/Al比、预处理和沉积条件对疏水性的影响.对疏水化沸石样品的结构和物性进行了表征,测定了它们对含酚类废水的处理能力.经化学液相沉积的HZSM-5沸石(Si/Al比为100)的疏水性能超过了国产硅沸石.
Hydrophobic zeolite and ZSM-5 zeolite were surface-hydrophobized by SiCl 4 chemical liquid-phase deposition method. The hydrophobic coefficient of zeolite was determined by competitive adsorption of n-heptane / water vapor phase mixture. The effects of zeolite feedstock type, Si / Al ratio, pretreatment and deposition conditions on hydrophobicity were investigated. The structure and physical properties of hydrophobized zeolite samples were characterized and their ability to treat phenolic wastewater was determined. Hydrophilic properties of HZSM-5 zeolite (Si / Al ratio of 100) by chemical liquid deposition surpassed that of domestic zeolite.
