本研究采用自编问卷对253名视障大学生进行了学校支持性服务需求的调查,结果显示:学生对于支持性服务的总体需求程度达到中等水平,各领域服务需求得分由高到低依次为职业生涯规划与发展,校园生活,无障碍环境,课堂学习与考试。学生的视力损失程度越重,对于“无障碍环境”和“课堂学习与考试”支持服务的需求越大。三年级视障大学生对“无障碍环境”的需求程度显著高于其他年级学生;视障三、四年级大学生对于“职业生涯规划与发展”的需求显著高于一、二年级学生;大学前就读于特殊学校的学生,其对“无障碍环境”和“课堂学习与考试”的服务需求程度显著高于就读于普通学校的学生。本文还就视障大学生支持服务需求的状况及特点展开了分析,并有针对性地提出了可供高等特殊院校提高其支持性服务品质的若干建议。
In this study, a questionnaire survey of 253 visually impaired college students was conducted to investigate the demand for supportive services in schools. The results showed that students’ overall needs for supportive services reached a medium level, and their scores on service needs were in descending order Career planning and development, campus life, accessibility, classroom learning and exams. The greater the student’s loss of vision, the greater the need for “accessible environments” and “classroom learning and exams” support services. The demand for “barrier-free environment ” by third-grade visually impaired college students was significantly higher than that of other grade students; the demand for “career planning and development” by third- and fourth-grade college students was significantly higher than that of first and second grade students Students who attended pre-university special schools had significantly higher levels of service needs for Accessible Environment and Classroom Learning and Examination than those attending ordinary schools. This article also analyzes the status and characteristics of the demand for support services for visually impaired college students, and puts forward some suggestions that can be made to improve the quality of supportive services for higher specialized colleges.
