近几年,我国动画产业在政府的大力扶持下发展迅速,全国各高校也纷纷开设动画专业,在发展中探索动画人才培养模式。当前动画产业对人才专业能力和综合素质要求较高,与此同时,相当多的高校在动画专业学科建设上存在重理论轻实践,重模仿轻原创等问题。培养符合动画产业需要的专业人才,高校应基于动画产业发展需求与专业特点的基础上,在教学模式看、课程设置等方面做出积极的改进。 In recent years, the animation industry in our country has developed rapidly under the government’s vigorous support. Various colleges and universities across the country also set up animation major in succession and explored the mode of training animation talents in their development. At present, the animation industry has higher requirements on the professional competence and overall quality of personnel, while at the same time quite a few colleges and universities have the problems of light theoretical practice and heavy imitation. In order to cultivate professionals in line with the needs of the animation industry, colleges and universities should make positive improvements in the aspects of teaching mode and curriculum design based on the demand and professional characteristics of the animation industry.
