随着我国老龄化程度的日益提高,老年人口越来越多,老年犯罪问题也逐渐为人们所认识和重视。要想正确处理老年犯罪问题,首先必须科学认识老年犯罪原因。老年人实施犯罪,既有着自身的生理和心理原因,也有着家庭和社会因素。老年人退离工作岗位后,由于生活方式的改变和对离退休的不适应,以及家庭关系的改变等,会引起一系列的冲突,导致犯罪行为的实施。此外,相关制度的缺失和不良文化的影响都会导致老年人实施犯罪行为。
With the increasing degree of aging in our country, the population of the elderly is increasing, and the problem of the crimes of the elderly is gradually being recognized and valued by people. In order to correctly handle the problem of senile crimes, we must first of all scientifically understand the causes of senile crimes. The elderly commit crimes, both because of their own physiological and psychological reasons, but also have family and social factors. When the elderly retire from their jobs, a series of conflicts will be caused as a result of changes in life style and retiring from retirement, as well as changes in family relations, which will lead to the implementation of criminal acts. In addition, the lack of relevant systems and the impact of bad culture will lead to the implementation of criminal activities of the elderly.
