幼儿体育活动不同于成人成人体育教育或学校体育教育,其具备一定的特点。目前普遍的幼儿体育活动往往没有考虑其特点。在幼儿体育活动的设计时,必须要考虑其特点,遵循应当具备的规律,让体育活动更加具备合理性和科学性,真正的让幼儿从体育活动当中提升身心健康和智力发展。本文主要围绕幼儿体育活动当中提升幼儿心智的发开和运用进行一定深度的探讨。
Children’s physical activity is different from adult adult physical education or school physical education, which has certain characteristics. The prevalence of early childhood sports often do not consider its characteristics. In the design of early childhood sports activities, we must consider its characteristics and follow the rules that should be followed to make sports activities more reasonable and scientific, so that children can really improve physical and mental health and intellectual development from their physical activities. This article focuses on the promotion of young children’s physical activity among young children’s mental development and use of a certain depth.
