研究了TiB2 分布形态对AlTi5B 中间合金细化效果的影响 ,以及如何控制操作工艺得到合适的 TiB2 颗粒分布形态,以达到最佳细化效果。实验结果表明,当TiB2 呈均匀分布或者疏松聚集团状时,细化效果显著;当TiB2 呈密集型聚集团状时,细化效果差。另外,TiB2 颗粒大小影响其分布形态。
The effect of TiB2 distribution morphology on the refining effect of AlTi5B master alloy was studied, and how to control the operation process to get the proper distribution of TiB2 particles in order to achieve the best refinement effect. The experimental results show that when TiB2 is uniformly distributed or loosely agglomerated, the refining effect is remarkable. When TiB2 is agglomerated, the refining effect is poor. In addition, the size of TiB2 particles affects their distribution.
