目的:寻找一种快速而准确的血培养及细菌鉴定方法,为临床及时诊断提供科学依据。方法:在增菌培养基中加入氯化-235三苯基四氮唑(TTC)琥珀酸并利用旋转培养箱进行血液增菌;直接从阳性瓶中提取菌体,在加大生化鉴定管底物浓度和接种菌量的情况下进行生化鉴定。结果:血增菌培养显示阳性时间最早为4 h,90%以上的阳性标本能在24 h内呈现阳性反应。呈现阳性反应后大部分革兰阴性杆菌能在4 h内鉴定到种。结论:利用旋转培养箱进行血培养和细菌鉴定可缩短细菌培养和鉴定时间。
Objective: To find a rapid and accurate blood culture and bacterial identification methods, to provide a scientific basis for clinical timely diagnosis. Methods: Adding Trichlorethylene-chloride (TTC) succinic acid to the enrichment medium and enriching the blood with a rotary incubator. The bacteria were directly extracted from the positive flask, Bioconjugation in the case of inoculum concentration and inoculum size. Results: The positive time of blood enrichment culture showed that the earliest positive time was 4 h, and positive samples with more than 90% showed positive reaction within 24 h. Most of the Gram-negative bacilli were positive in 4 h after identification of species. Conclusion: The use of a rotary incubator for blood culture and bacterial identification can shorten bacterial culture and identify time.
