根据动力性及续驶里程设计要求,对煤矿井下纯电动防爆无轨胶轮车动力传动系统参数进行了匹配设计。建立了动力传动系统综合效率模型,并在此基础上针对所确定的两挡变速器,制定了经济性换挡策略。在确保动力性的前提下,对变速器速比进行了以循环工况能耗最小为目标的参数优化。仿真结果表明,所匹配的传动系统参数能够满足设计要求,与初选结果相比,优化后的传动系统使得整车工况续驶里程延长3%。
According to the design requirements of power and driving range, the parameters of powertrain system of pure electric explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in coal mine are designed. The powertrain system efficiency model is established. Based on this, an economical shift strategy is formulated for the two-speed transmission. Under the premise of ensuring the power, the transmission speed ratio was optimized with the goal of minimizing the energy consumption in the cycling condition. The simulation results show that the matched transmission system parameters can meet the design requirements. Compared with the primary results, the optimized transmission system can prolong the driving range of the vehicle by 3%.
