The purpose of this study was to explore the perspectives and explanations for delayed diagnosis of female TB patients in Vietnam. A study was conducted in a remote province of Vietnam. Five groups of target groups were selected for discussion and three in-depth investigations were conducted. Apply subject matter analysis methods to process data. Doctors believe that it is easy for female patients to lose themselves in the doctor-to-doctoral chain, or to postpone their visits to the doctor, which is mainly hampered by gender-related factors. Although the establishment of doctor-patient relationship follows the principle of equality, if the same treatment is used for patients with different needs, the result will lead to gender blindness. It is recommended to strengthen investigations and investigations on the chain of seeking medical treatment to determine the specific link in which the delayed diagnosis of TB patients will result. In order to reduce the delayed diagnosis of TB patients (especially female patients) and how to implement the current phase of the TB control strategy (DOTS), some interventions are needed and these interventions are examined from a fair perspective.
