企业绩效作为能够直接的表现企业生产经营情况的形式,它也可以将企业内部职工的利益情况直接的表现出来,战略人力资源的管理同企业的绩效之间存在的紧密的联系。近几年,伴随我国经济的发展与企业经济效益的提高,使得社会各界对企业绩效同战略人力资源的管理之间关系的研究也逐渐增多,并且随着研究的深入也取得了一些成果。因此,本文以当前学术界的研究结果为基础,对企业战略人力资源的管理对绩效的影响进行全面的研究和分析,就其影响因素与整合关系模型进行简单介绍。
As a form that can directly represent the production and operation of an enterprise, it can directly show the interests of employees in an enterprise and the close relationship between the management of strategic human resources and the performance of an enterprise. In recent years, along with the economic development in our country and the improvement of the economic benefits of enterprises, the research on the relationship between corporate performance and the management of strategic human resources in various sectors of the society has also gradually increased. Some achievements have been made with further research. Therefore, based on the current academic research results, this paper conducts a comprehensive research and analysis of the impact of the management of strategic human resources on the performance of enterprises, and briefly introduces the influencing factors and the integration relation model.
