高活性生物修复菌制剂改善虾池水质的研究

采用高活性生物修复菌制剂,对养殖中后期的南美白对虾池塘进行了改善水体质量的试验.通过测定分析水体的pH、化学需氧量、氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮、硝酸盐氮、磷酸盐、溶解氧等水质指标,评价水体富营养化状况的变化.结果表明,这种水质净化剂能有效调节pH在7.5~8.5的范围内,提高水体的透明度6.8~13.4cm,增加水体中溶解氧的含量23.81%~47.37%,降低水体COD和磷酸盐的含量为31.64%~49.71%和30.58%~62.43%,改善养殖水体的富营养化状态,使得试验池水体的营养状况值(E)下降了49.15%~86.96%,为南美白对虾的高产、高效养殖营造了良好的水域生态环境. A high activity bioremediation agent was used to improve the water body quality of Penaeus vannamei ponds in the middle and late stages of aquaculture.The pH, COD, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, phosphate , Dissolved oxygen and other water quality indicators to evaluate the changes of water eutrophication.The results show that this water purification agent can effectively adjust the pH within the range of 7.5 to 8.5 and increase the water transparency of 6.8 ~ 13.4cm, increase the dissolved oxygen The contents of COD and phosphate in the water body decreased from 31.64% to 49.71% and from 30.58% to 62.43%, respectively. The eutrophication of the breeding water body was improved and the nutritional value (E) of the water body decreased 49.15% ~ 86.96%, which has created a good water ecological environment for the high yield and efficient breeding of P. vannamei.
