合作交流是新课改倡导的三大重要学习方式之一,更是小班化教育最亮丽的学习方式,因此我们通过对当前合作学习现状的透视、思考和探索,试图提出七大操作策略:合作小组的组建;合作小组的分工;小组长的培养;小组合作的技巧;合作学习的需求;合作过程的评定;合作学习的督导,来逐步营造适合小班化学生合作学习的环境,呼唤小班化教师角色的重新定位,使小班化合作学习焕发出生命的活力。
Cooperation and exchange are one of the three major learning methods advocated by the New Curriculum Reform and the most beautiful way of learning in small class education.
