房地产投资是推动经济增长的重要力量,投资滞后或过度都将影响到经济的正常发展。正确处理好投资计划的近期效应与中长期目标的关系是投资的基本原则,随着市场经济的进一步发展,投资主体与市场主体一样,都将由企业来承担一切责任和风险,企业要在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,除了严格的企业管理等因素外,最主要的就是确定投资决策。科学的投资决策将有利于企业的规模控制,结构优化和效益提高,反之则不然。在对房地产业的诸多方面进行研究时,发现存在不少模糊因素,房地产投资决策行为也不例外。采用模糊数学方法来解决这些问题,能收到事半功倍的效果。

With the further development of market economy, investors and market players will assume all responsibilities and risks.
