目的:鉴别红、白车轴草在种属基源、性状、显微和紫外谱线组等方面的不同,开发其药用价值。方法:采用基原、性状、显微、紫外谱线组鉴别等方法。结果:红车轴草的茎叶被柔毛,而白车轴草茎叶表面光滑;红车轴草茎横切面中央有空腔,白车轴草茎横切面中央无空腔;红车轴草与白车轴草的紫外谱线组图有明显不同。结论:红、白车轴草在性状、显微和紫外谱线组等方面可以明显鉴别。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the differences in the genus, traits, microscopic and UV spectral lines of red and white Trifolium repens to develop its medicinal value. Methods: The basic principle, traits, microscopic, UV spectral line group identification and other methods. Results: The stems and leaves of the red clover grass were pilose, while the stems and leaves of the white clover grass had a smooth surface. There was a cavity in the middle of the cross-section of the stem of the red clover, The UV spectrum group diagram is significantly different. CONCLUSION: The red and white Trifolium repens can be clearly identified in terms of traits, microscopic and UV spectral line sets.
