采用解剖和生物测定的方法,研究了棉铃虫蛾的性成熟情况和交配习性。结果表明:(1)雄蛾的附腺、贮精囊和精包腺长度随蛾龄的增加而增长,0日龄至1日龄时增幅较大,以后转入稳定渐增阶段;睾丸体积随蛾龄的增加而稳定下降;雄蛾的交配始期为2~3日龄,交配高峰期为4日龄。(2)棉铃虫雌蛾卵的成熟速度快,抱卵量随日龄增长而成倍增加,产卵量也随蛾龄增大而大幅度上升,至4,5,6日龄时产卵量达到高峰,7和8日龄产卵量略有下降。(3)不同日龄雌蛾与3日龄雄蛾交配结果表明,从1日龄起,部分雌蛾便可接受交配,交配高峰期为4日龄。(4)群体饲养试验表明,10对0日龄雌、雄配对时,交配率高达90%,每雌接受精包2.4个,极显著高于10对0日龄雄蛾与2日龄雌蛾混养组。在实验室饲养条件下,由于雄蛾羽化一般比雌蛾迟2d,故将雄蛹放入较高温度下以使雌、雄交配高峰期相遇是提高卵孵化率的途径之一。
Anatomical and bioassay methods were used to study the sexual maturity and mating habits of H. armigera. (2) The bollworm had the fastest maturation rate and the number of oviposition increased with the increase of age. The number of eggs laid also increased significantly with the increase of moth age. (3) The mating results of males at different ages and male at 3 days showed that some females could be mated at 1 day old, and the mating peak was 4 days old. (4) The group feeding experiment showed that the mating rate was 90% in 10 pairs of 0-day-old female and male, 2.4 in refined group per female, which was significantly higher than that in 10 pairs of 0-day-old male and 2-day-old Female moth polyculture group. Under laboratory conditions, because the emergence of male moths is generally 2 days later than that of female moths, putting the male pupae at a higher temperature so that the female-male mating peak encounter is one of the ways to increase the egg hatching rate.
