新晃水泵厂1986年生产东方红-75型履带板,是“以球代钢”,采用QT 60-2球铁生产的。采用低碳奥氏体化正火加部分球化回火来提高履带板综合机械性能,效果较为显著。现(?)这一工艺进行如下分析。一、低碳奥氏体化正火根据Fe-C-Si三元相图特点,由于球铁Si含量为2.0~2.%,加上其它化学元素的影响,共析转变温度范围为750~820℃,低温石墨化退火可在750℃左右进行。在760℃保温1h可使球铁基体完全铁素体化。由于相图中E、S
