八区下乌尔禾组油藏的特征为气液比高,供液差,泵挂深,导致该区块抽油井泵效低.针对该油藏的特征本厂采取了相应的技术配套来提高泵效.通过研究分析发现沉没度是影响泵效的主要影响因素,统计正常生产的油井的气液比,沉没度,泵效,对数据进行拟合,发现泵效随沉没度的增大而迅速增大,沉没度继续增大而泵效增势变缓,继续增大沉没度,泵效趋于恒定值.运用该规律及现场的调整措施,可进一步提高泵效。
The Wuluhe Formation reservoir in the eight districts is characterized by high gas-liquid ratio, poor liquid supply and deep pumping, resulting in low pumping efficiency in the pumping wells of the block. According to the characteristics of the reservoir, the factory adopted corresponding technical support to improve Pump efficiency.It is found through research and analysis that submergence is the main factor influencing pump efficiency, and statistics of gas-liquid ratio, submergence, and pump efficiency of oil well in normal production are fitted to the data and found that pumping efficiency rapidly increases with the increase of submergence, Submergence continues to increase while the pump efficiency slowed down, continue to increase subsidence, pump efficiency tends to a constant value.Using the law and on-site adjustment measures can further improve the pump efficiency.
