目的观察心复康口服液对心梗后心衰大鼠梗塞周围心肌中三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量的影响。方法采用结扎SD大鼠左冠状动脉前降支致心梗后心衰大鼠模型,用心复康口服液于术后24 h灌胃给药,以卡托普利作为阳性对照药。给药2,4,6,8周,观察大鼠梗死周围心肌ATP含量。结果与模型组比较,心复康口服液和卡托普利组皆明显增加梗死周围心肌中ATP含量(P<0.01)。结论心复康口服液可升高梗死周围心肌组织中ATP含量从而改善心梗后心衰大鼠心肌能量代谢。
Objective To observe the effect of Xinfukang Oral Liquid on the content of ATP in myocardium of rats with myocardial infarction after myocardial infarction. Methods Rat model of heart failure induced by descending anterior descending coronary artery of left anterior descending coronary artery in SD rats was given intragastrically for 24 hours after operation with captopril as a positive control. 2,4,6,8 weeks after administration, to observe myocardial ATP concentration around the infarct. Results Compared with the model group, both Xinfukang oral solution and captopril group significantly increased the ATP content in the myocardium around the infarct (P <0.01). Conclusion Xinfukang Oral Liquid can increase myocardial ATP content in the infarcted area and improve myocardial energy metabolism in heart failure rats after myocardial infarction.
