人生为何说“苦”——漫谈佛家“苦”的心理观

佛家的法理或学说,总体上被人们归入哲学范畴。但正如哲学从一开始就是一门包罗万象(包括心理学在内)的综合学问,佛家的学说中同样蕴藏着丰富的心理学思想,国学大师熊十力曾把佛学称为“心理哲学”。这里就先从佛家关于“人生是苦的”之哲学中去一窥其中的心理观。苦,是佛家思想的出发点,所谓“苦谛”就是佛家所要寻求的关于人生是苦,以及人们如何才能灭苦、脱苦的真理。《心经》开宗明义就说:观世音菩萨以其圣智“照见五蕴皆空,度一切苦厄”。度自己和众生脱离苦 Buddhist jurisprudence or doctrine is generally classified as philosophical category by people. Xiong Shili, the master of Chinese learning, once called Buddhism “psychological philosophy.” Here we first glimpse the psychological view of Buddhism from the philosophy that “life is bitter ”. Bitterness is the starting point of the Buddhist thought. The so-called “bitterness” is what the Buddhist seeks to find out about the hardship of life and how people can work hard and bitter. “Heart Sutra” said the beginning of the Ming said: Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva with its wisdom “according to see all Yun are empty, all degree of suffering”.
