目的 :床突间隙 (CS)及周围结构进行显微解剖分型 ,为经该区的直接显微手术提供依据。方法 :用 3 0例成人头颅标本 ,在手术显微镜下对床突间隙及周围结构直接进行解剖观察和测量。结果 :床突间隙根据其对手术操作的影响和与颈内动脉 (ICA)的相互关系来看 ,侧位相可分为全ICA型 (68.3 3 % )、半ICA型 (2 6.67% )和无ICA型 (5 % )三型 ,冠状位相可分为ICA内侧型 (95 % )和ICA外侧型 (5 % ) ,其中大多数情况是全ICA型和ICA内侧型 ,而ICA外侧型的CS空间较小 ,影响手术操作。结论 :CS分型具体量化了CS的空间大小 ,为途经CS的手术入路提供了显微解剖学资料
OBJECTIVE: Microsurgical dissection of intercostal space (CS) and surrounding structures provides the basis for direct microsurgery through the area. Methods: 30 adult craniocerebral specimens were used for direct observation and measurement of the structure of the intercostal space and the surrounding structures under a surgical microscope. Results: The intercalary space was classified into all ICA type (68.33%), semi-ICA type (2.667%) and non-ICA type (2 6.67%) according to its influence on surgical operation and inter-carotid artery ICA type (5%) type III, the coronal phase can be divided into ICA medial type (95%) and ICA lateral type (5%), most of them are all ICA type and ICA medial type, while ICA lateral CS space Smaller, affecting surgical procedures.
