本实验以新鲜的猪主动脉为供体血管,采用真空冷冻干燥的方法对其进行保存,并对新鲜血管和冻干复水血管的力学特性进行比较。结果表明:冻干复水血管的周向拉伸、轴向拉伸及穿刺过程曲线都分别与新鲜血管对应过程曲线的趋势比较接近,说明血管在冻干后结构成分及排列方式没有发生大的改变。研究结果为血管的移植应用提供必要的基础数据。
In this experiment, a fresh porcine aorta was used as a donor blood vessel, which was preserved by vacuum freeze-drying method. The mechanical properties of fresh blood vessel and lyophilized rehydrated blood vessel were compared. The results showed that the trend of circumferential curve, axial extension and puncture process of freshwater-repaired and rehydrated vessels were close to that of fresh blood vessels, respectively, indicating that the structure and arrangement of blood vessels did not change significantly after lyophilization change. The results provide the necessary basic data for the transplantation of blood vessels.
