1台新款重型新叉车启动后,单独断开电源总开关,其发动机无法熄火,而只能靠关闭点火开关才能将发动机熄火。检查电气线路,未发现任何问题。1.组成及原理该叉车启动电路主要由保险丝(1、2、3)、启动继电器4、蓄电池组5、空挡继电器6、点火开关7、电源总开关8、启动马达9、发电机10、发动机电控单元(ECM)11等组成,如图1所示。根据图1可知,实现叉车启动有3个条件:一是将电源总开关8闭合,二是将变速器挡位放在空挡位
