学校变革的核心在课堂,学校发展的关键在教师,随着基础教育领域的改革向纵深推进,这些道理已成基本共识:从国家级校长和教师的集中培训到以校为本的日常研修,也都成为普遍的举措和行动。然而,这一派繁荣背后仍然存在诸多隐忧,如对教师专业发展的性质和任务仍存在认识误区,校本教研也还有形式化或低水平重复等问题,尤其是与教师个体专业发展息息相关的专业学习社群的形成与发展,尚未引起足够的重视,本文尝试做一些探讨。
The core of school reform is in the classroom. The key to the development of the school is the teacher. With the reform of the basic education field progressing in depth, these principles have become the basic consensus: from the centralized training of national school principals and teachers to the school-based daily training, It has also become a universal measure and action. However, there are still many hidden worries behind the prosperity of this school. For example, there are still misunderstandings about the nature and tasks of professional development of teachers, and school-based teaching and research also has problems of formalization or low-level repetition, especially professional learning that is closely related to individual professional development of teachers. The formation and development of the community has not attracted enough attention. This article attempts to do some research.
