机械密封端面流体膜厚的测试技术

一、序言随着流体机械应用条件愈来愈苛刻,对机械密封提出了愈来愈高的要求,为机械端面密封研究、设计和应用提出了新的研究课题。因此,对机械密封的研究,不仅要考虑密封材料、结构设计对密封性能的影响,还必须充分重视基本理论和试验研究。在某种程度上讲,机械密封摩擦副的摩擦状态决定了能耗、泄漏和使用寿命。文献[1]提出以端面摩擦系数f作为划分摩擦状态的依据。而文献[2]则提出根据Stribeck曲线(f-G)曲线来说明润滑状态。根据各种摩擦状态 I. Therefore, the study of mechanical seal, not only to consider the sealing material, the structural design of the sealing performance, but also must pay full attention to the basic theory and experimental research.
