幸福进取者是心理健康水平处于高层次的人。本研究以生活中真实发生的困扰及快乐事件为焦点,采用对比性个案研究方法,对五名幸福进取者与三名不幸者的情绪调节机制进行分析。个案间、个案内的对比结果认为,幸福进取者与不幸者调节情绪的方式是不同的,幸福进取者促进积极情绪的路径比消解负面情绪的路径多,而不幸者基本上缺乏增进积极情绪的路径。幸福进取者在情绪调节上,更重于采取直接促进快乐的建设性意义的做法,以不关注负面情绪的方式,来获得积极的心理健康。
HAPP is a person with a high level of mental health. This study focuses on the real problems and happy events in life, and uses comparative case studies to analyze the emotional regulation mechanisms of five well-being and three less fortunate. The inter-case and case-based comparisons suggest that the ways in which well-being and misfortune adjust their emotions are different. The path taken by happiness activists to promote positive emotions is more than the path to negative emotions, whereas the unlucky ones basically lack positive emotions path. In the process of emotional adjustment, happiness and progressives place more emphasis on the constructive measures that directly promote happiness, and they take positive psychological health care in a manner that does not concern negative emotions.
