原发性闭角型青光眼发病一般为一眼先发病、另一眼于5年内先后同样发生，少有双眼同时发作者。我院收治的原发性闭角型青光眼患者160例中有10例为急性闭角型青光眼双眼同时发作，现将其发病及治疗情况报告如下。临床资料一、发病情况：女性8例，男性2例；女性与男性之比为4：1 The incidence of primary angle-closure glaucoma is generally a disease first, the other in the same 5 years has the same, few eyes at the same time.
