目的比较含氯消毒液与戊二醛消毒液对消化内镜消毒效果。方法选择胃、肠镜各120条,分为A组和B组,分别用含氯消毒液与碱性戊二醛消毒液消毒,比较两种消毒液的消毒效果及安全性。结果消毒3 min和5min后,含氯消毒液的消毒效果和安全性优于戊二醛消毒液;消毒10 min后,两种消毒液消毒效果一致。结论含氯消毒液可对消化内镜进行快速、彻底消毒,且安全可靠。 Objective To compare the efficacy of disinfectant with glutaraldehyde and glutaraldehyde disinfectant in digestive endoscopy. Methods A total of 120 gastric and colonoscopy patients were randomly divided into group A and group B. The disinfectant was disinfected with chlorine disinfectant and alkaline glutaraldehyde respectively. The disinfection effect and safety of the two disinfectants were compared. Results After sterilizing for 3 min and 5 min, the disinfection effect and safety of chlorine disinfectant were better than that of glutaraldehyde disinfectant. After disinfecting for 10 min, the disinfection effects of the two disinfectants were the same. Conclusion Chlorine disinfectant can digest the endoscope quickly and thoroughly, and is safe and reliable.
