设计了一款应用于5G-WiFi的可变增益有源巴伦LNA。该LNA输入级在采用共源共栅结构的基础上加入了阻容并联负反馈和源级电感负反馈,在保证低噪声的同时提高了电路线性度;第二级通过编程和改变控制电压实现了增益双调节功能;输出级采用有源巴伦结构实现了信号振幅相同、相位相反的差分输出。电路基于TSMC 0.18μm CMOS工艺库仿真,结果表明,在5.8GHz频率下,电路噪声系数为3.7dB,最大增益可调节范围为5~20dB,线性度IIP3达到-2.5dBm,输入、输出的回波损耗均小于-25dB。
A variable gain active balun LNA for 5G-WiFi is designed. The LNA input stage incorporates cascode parallel negative feedback and source inductor negative feedback based on the cascode structure, which improves circuit linearity while ensuring low noise. The second stage is realized by programming and changing the control voltage The gain double adjustment function; output stage using active balun structure to achieve the same signal amplitude, the opposite phase differential output. The circuit is based on the TSMC 0.18μm CMOS technology library simulation. The results show that the circuit noise figure is 3.7dB at 5.8GHz, the maximum gain can be adjusted within 5 ~ 20dB, the linearity IIP3 reaches -2.5dBm, the input and output echoes Loss is less than -25dB.
