虽然抗菌肽是具有广谱杀菌作用的免疫分子,但仍不能完全取代抗生素,由于抗菌肽和抗生素的抗菌机制不同,他们间的联合使用是目前主要的研究内容。研究旨在通过牛津杯法快速判断抗菌肽产品与5种抗生素间联合抑菌关系,同时研究不同革兰阴性微生物对联合抑菌的影响。试验结果表明:牛津杯法可快速检测出抗菌肽与抗生素间的协同作用关系,且受不同条件的影响小,但协同作用的抑菌能力会受微生物的影响。
Although antibacterial peptides are broad-spectrum bactericidal immune molecules, they still can not completely replace antibiotics. Due to the different antibacterial mechanisms of antibacterial peptides and antibiotics, the combined use of antibacterial peptides and antibiotics is the main research content at present. The aim of the study was to rapidly determine the antibacterial activity of the antibacterial peptide and the five antibiotics by the Oxford cup method and to study the effect of different Gram-negative microorganisms on the joint antibacterial activity. The test results show that the Oxford cup method can quickly detect the synergistic interaction between antibacterial peptides and antibiotics and is less affected by different conditions, but the synergistic antibacterial activity is affected by microorganisms.
