目的分析在股骨颈骨折护理中应用舒适护理的临床价值。方法选取80例股骨颈骨折患者,依据护理方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组,对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组并发症的发生率为5.0%,满意度为92.5%,对照组并发症的发生率为25.0%,满意度为75.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在股骨颈骨折患者中应用舒适护理能够有效地减少并发症,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of comfortable nursing in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods Eighty patients with femoral neck fracture were included in the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complication in the observation group was 5.0%, the satisfaction was 92.5%, the incidence of complications in the control group was 25.0%, and the satisfaction was 75.0%. The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in patients with femoral neck fractures can effectively reduce complications and improve patient satisfaction.
