本文通过现场实测,理论分析,研究了"三软"厚煤层综放开采矿压显现特征和顶煤移动规律,提出了影响工作面端面稳定的四个主要因素;对液压支架受力特点、支架选型、支架各部件的设计要求进行了深入分析,提出了"三软"厚煤层综放开采支架设计新的设想。实践证明,新型液压支架完全适应"三软"厚煤层综放开采条件,较好地解决了"三软"厚煤层综采存在的许多疑难问题。这对"三软"厚煤层综采实现高产、高效、安全、低耗有着积极推动作用。
In this paper, based on the field measurement and theoretical analysis, the strata behaviors of top coal caving in fully mechanized caving mining with “three soft” thick seams are studied, and the law of top coal movement is put forward. Four main factors that influence the stability of working face are proposed. Type selection and bracket design requirements of the various parts of the “three soft” thick coal seam fully mechanized top mining design new ideas. Practice has proved that the new hydraulic support fully adapted to the “three soft” thick seam fully mechanized top coal caving mining conditions, to solve the “three soft” thick seam fully mechanized mining many difficult problems. This is a “three soft” thick seam fully mechanized mining to achieve high yield, high efficiency, safety, low consumption has a positive role in promoting.
