在一定茶园面积上 ,用不同透光率的遮荫网四周建成茶园微域气候 ,观察在不同的 4个微域气候条件下 ,单枞茶新梢在年周期的生长情况以及鲜叶内含物的变化规律 ,以探讨利于单枞茶生长及品质的最适微域气候 .结果表明 ,微域气候特征在年周期中 ,与自然气候相比 ,季节性变化相对稳定 ;微域条件能降低夏季高温、强光 ,提高春、冬季低温 ,增大秋季的湿度 ,利于茶树生长 ;用 80 %、6 0 %遮荫网处理的微域环境能增加新梢的生长量与生长速度 ,新梢持嫩性好 ,降低多酚类物质的含量 ,增加氨基酸物质 ,协调各种物质比例 ,提高单枞茶的品质 .
