目的围绕城市幼儿的焦虑问题,探讨城市幼儿焦虑状况,通过系列表达性游戏辅导策略,对幼儿的焦虑进行纠正和治疗。方法通过访谈法、现场观察法、个案分析法、问卷法,在表达性游戏辅导前后进行比较,干预对促进幼儿心理成长,促成团体关系方面的影响。结果干预后幼儿活动能力、社交能力评分均较干预前提高,两者相比有统计学差异。结论表达性游戏辅导策略对幼儿焦虑状况的改善起着积极的作用。
Objective To investigate the anxiety of children in urban areas and to explore the anxiety status of children in urban areas and to correct and treat the anxiety of children by means of a series of expressive game counseling strategies. Methods Interviews, on-the-spot observation, case analysis and questionnaire methods were compared before and after the expression game counseling, and the influence of intervention on promoting young children’s psychological growth and contributing to the group relationship were analyzed. Results After intervention, the score of preschool children’s activity and social ability increased significantly compared with that before intervention. There was significant difference between the two. Conclusion Expression games counseling strategies play an active role in the improvement of anxiety in children.
