氯芬待因片系口服复方镇痛药。每片含磷酸可待因１５ｍｇ和双氯芬酸２５ｍｇ。为验证其对中度神经痛的镇痛效果，对５８例患有颈肩臂痛、腰骶神经痛、三叉神经痛及枕神经痛的病人，采用随机双盲对照法进行了临床试验。结果表明氯芬待因对神经痛的镇痛效果明显。
Chlorpheniramine tablets oral compound analgesics. Each tablet contains codeine phosphate 15mg and diclofenac 25mg. In order to verify its analgesic effect on moderate neuralgia, 58 patients with neck-shoulder-arm pain, lumbosacral neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia and occipital neuralgia were randomized, double-blind, controlled clinical trials. The results show that chlorpheniramine analgesic effect of neuralgia obvious.
