本文根据黑龙江农业发展特点,探讨了黑龙江省供销合作社利用互联网平台,整合系统内外资源,带动黑龙江农业产业服务体系、城乡零售渠道体系、农产品销售体系及区域电商平台集群建设的主要做法、存在的问题及相关建议。
Based on the characteristics of agricultural development in Heilongjiang Province, this paper discusses the main practices of Heilongjiang supply and marketing cooperatives using Internet platform and integrating internal and external resources to promote the service system of agricultural industry in Heilongjiang, the retail outlet system in urban and rural areas, the sales system of agricultural products and the cluster construction of regional e-commerce platform.
