新近发现的肌肉因子鸢尾素(irisin)是由FDNC5剪切修饰形成,鸢尾素/FDNC5的表达受PGC-1α的调控,鸢尾素可以促进白色脂肪向棕色脂肪转化,具有明显地改善胰岛素抵抗的作用。PCOS患血清鸢尾素水平较正常人明显升高,胰岛素增敏药物的干预使其降低。运动会刺激PCOS患者鸢尾素的分泌,不同的运动强度对鸢尾素分泌的调节作用不同。 The newly discovered irisin, a muscle factor, is formed by the shearing modification of FDNC5. The expression of irisin / FDNC5 is regulated by PGC-1α. IR of irinin can promote the conversion of white fat to brown fat with markedly improved insulin resistance . Serum irisin levels in patients with PCOS were significantly higher than those in normal subjects, and the intervention with insulin sensitizers reduced it. Exercise will stimulate the secretion of irisin in patients with PCOS, different exercise intensity of iris hormone secretion regulation.
