为了探讨汉、藏初中生应对风格和学习适应性的关系及其文化差异,本研究对南昌地区的初中生进行调查,采用多元方差分析、相关分析及基于结构方程的路径分析进行数据处理。结果表明,初中生应对风格、学习适应性的民族差异显著,藏族高于汉族;应对风格与学习适应性显著正相关,并对学习适应性有显著的正向预测作用;进一步多组比较表明,应对风格对藏族学生学习适应性影响显著,而对汉族学生影响不显著。说明汉、藏学生应对风格、学习适应性及其关系具有不同的特点,灵活的应对风格有助于初中生的学习适应。
In order to explore the relationship between coping style and learning adaptability of Han and Tibetan middle and high school students and their cultural differences, this study investigated the junior high school students in Nanchang area and conducted data processing using multivariate analysis of variance, correlation analysis and path analysis based on structural equation. The results show that junior middle school students have significant ethnic differences in adapting to style and learning adaptability, Tibetan is higher than Han nationality, coping styles are significantly and positively correlated with learning adaptability, and have a positive predictive effect on learning adaptability. Furthermore, The coping styles have a significant impact on the learning adaptability of Tibetan students, but have no significant effect on Han students. It shows that the response styles of Han and Tibetan students have different characteristics of learning adaptability and their relations. The flexible coping style helps junior high school students to learn and adapt.
