南水北调配套工程是南水北调中线工程发挥效益的关键,其安全运行直接影响着城市的供水安全,是城市赖以生存和发展的基础设施。然而对后期运营管理、维修养护等具有重要意义的配套工程基础信息存在着数据量大、存放形式多样、位置分散等问题,且配套工程包含大量的地下工程,具有隐蔽性特征。文章旨在建立南水北调配套工程基础信息管理系统,实现对配套工程基础信息高效的组织、管理,同时动态的展示在统一的三维空间架构中,实现对输水管线基础数据的信息化管理,对配套工程安全运行、维修养护、应急方案的制定等具有非常重要的意义。
The South-to-North Water Diversion Project is the key to the effectiveness of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion. Its safe operation directly affects the water supply security of the city and is the infrastructure for the city to survive and develop. However, there are some problems such as large amount of data, diversified storage forms, scattered locations and so on. The supporting projects include a large number of underground projects and have hidden features. This paper aims to establish a basic information management system for South-to-North Water Diversion Project to realize the efficient organization and management of the basic information of supporting projects and to display it in a unified three-dimensional spatial structure at the same time so as to realize the information management of the basic data of water pipelines, The safe operation of the project, the maintenance and repair, and the formulation of contingency plans are very important.
