目的研究C-erbB-2基因、ER/PR的表达以及发病年龄与化疗后外周血中单核细胞中表阿霉素(EPI)蓄积水平之间的关系。方法采用流式细胞技术检测60例乳腺癌患者化疗前后体内的EPI含量,观察化疗后患者体内外周血单核细胞中EPI蓄积程度。结果化疗后体内EPI蓄积程度与C-erbB-2基因的表达状态密切相关(P<0.01),C-erbB-2表达阳性的患者化疗后EPI蓄积程度明显增高,而与ER/PR的表达以及发病年龄无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论C-erbB-2基因表达阳性的患者预示着应用含蒽环类药物化疗后体内药物的蓄积程度较高,通过检测体内药物的蓄积程度可更直观,准确地预测患者对治疗的预期受益程度。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of C-erbB-2 gene, ER / PR and the age of onset and the accumulation of epirubicin (EPI) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells after chemotherapy. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of EPI in 60 cases of breast cancer patients before and after chemotherapy, and to observe the extent of EPI accumulation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients after chemotherapy. Results The extent of accumulation of EPI in vivo was closely related to the expression of C-erbB-2 gene (P <0.01). The levels of EPI in patients with positive C-erbB-2 expression were significantly increased after chemotherapy, but not with the expression of ER / PR, Age of onset was not significantly correlated (P> 0.05). Conclusion The positive expression of C-erbB-2 gene indicates that the accumulation of drugs in the body after anthracycline-containing chemotherapy is high. The degree of accumulation of the drug in the body can be predicted more intuitively and accurately to predict the expected benefit of the treatment .
