开展跨世纪青年农民培训工程,对贯彻落实十五届三中全会精神和科教兴国战略的具体行动,有着十分重要的意义。近两年来,山东省13个国家级试点县、24个省级试点县共培训青年农民15万余人,其中有9000多人参加了县直班的培训,600多人参加了省直一年制班的学习。各级共落实培训经费1780万元,省里统编教材26本,发放近30万册。 Carrying out the cross-century youth peasant training project is of great significance to implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee and concrete actions of rejuvenating the nation through science and education. In the past two years, a total of more than 15,000 young peasants have been trained in 13 state-level pilot counties and 24 provincial-level pilot counties in Shandong Province. Over 9,000 of them have attended county-level training and more than 600 participated in provincial direct System of learning. At all levels, a total of 17.8 million yuan of training funds have been implemented, 26 provincial-level textbooks have been compiled and nearly 300,000 books have been issued.
