制定体现职业教育特色的学校章程,是强化内涵建设的关键之举。根据人才培养工作需要,建立校、企、行业及社区参加的学校理事会或董事会,健全教职工代表大会制度,形成较完善的组织架构,是实现人才培养目标的组织保障。通过校企双方教师和管理人员互通互认,打造专兼结合“双师”素质教师队伍,是实现职业教育人才培养目标的根本。不断完善职业院校绩效考核与内部分配制度,是检验职业教育人才培养水平的重要标志。
