目的:使用非水溶液滴定法对萘酚喹的含量测定方法进行研究,为确定萘酚喹的定量方法提供依据。方法:以冰醋酸为溶剂溶解样品,α-萘酚苯甲醇为指示剂,用0.1 mol.L-1高氯酸滴定液进行滴定,以自动电位滴定法同时验证滴定终点;对测定的精密度、中间精密度、稳定性、回收率等进行方法学研究,并与紫外-可见分光光度法(UV)、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行对比测定。结果:非水溶液滴定法滴定终点突跃明显(蓝色→黄绿色),自动电位滴定法证明滴定的终点准确无误;平均回收率为100.0%,RSD 0.1%(n=6),与UV,HPLC对比测定的结果无明显差异。结论:非水溶液滴定法测定抗疟药萘酚喹的含量,方法准确、重复性好、操作简单,适用于萘酚喹的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of naphthoquine by non-aqueous titration method and to provide a basis for the quantitative determination of naphthoquine. Methods: The samples were dissolved with glacial acetic acid as solvent, α-naphthol benzyl alcohol was used as the indicator, titrated with 0.1 mol·L-1 perchloric acid titrant, and the titration end point was verified by automatic potentiometric titration. The precision , Intermediate precision, stability, recovery rate and other methodological studies, and with UV - Vis spectrophotometry (UV), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were measured. Results: The non-aqueous titration titration end-point jump significantly (blue → yellow-green), automatic potentiometric titration end point of the titration proved accurate; average recovery was 100.0%, RSD 0.1% (n = 6) No significant difference between the results of the comparative test. Conclusion: The non-aqueous titration method for the determination of anti-malarial naphthoquine content, accurate, reproducible, simple, suitable for the determination of naphthoquine content.
