目的探讨微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的最佳护理措施的临床护理效果。方法 100例行微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗的肾结石患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用全程优质护理措施,观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予行微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗的肾结石患者全程优质护理措施,能够有效减少术中出血量,缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者的护理满意度。 Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of kidney stones. Methods 100 patients with renal calculus who underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy and holmium laser lithotripsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases each. The control group used routine nursing measures, and the observation group used the best quality nursing measures to observe the clinical nursing effect of the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The best quality nursing measures for patients with kidney stones treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, shorten the hospitalization time and improve patient satisfaction.
