针对乳化沥青冷再生混合料初期易松散破坏而一般只应于基层冷再生的局限,文中提出了将乳化沥青冷再生技术应用于路面面层中新的设计和性能研究方法。设计方法采用Surperpave体积设计方法,并给出了再生料中最佳用油量与用水量的直观方法与室内成型工艺;混合料成型采用旋转压实成型,其研究方法采用修正肯塔堡飞散试验和残留稳定度与冻融劈裂试验分别评价混合料前期抗松散性和水稳定性,采用标准Marshall以及车辙试验来评价混合料高温稳定性能,采用小梁弯曲试验来评价低温抗裂性能。最后,从室内配合比设计与性能的良好性来看,乳化沥青冷再生技术这种工艺应用于路面面层冷再生将会取得很好的环保、经济及优良的路用性能。
In view of the initial looseness of emulsified asphalt cold reclaimed mixture, it usually only needs to be limited by the cold regrowth of the primary layer. In this paper, a new design and performance research method of applying cold reclaimed asphalt emulsion technology to pavement surface is proposed. The design method adopts Surperpave volumetric design method, and gives the direct method and indoor molding process of the best oil consumption and water consumption in the recycled materials. The molding of the mixture adopts rotary compaction molding. The research method adopts the modified Kentucky scatter test And residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting test were conducted to evaluate the anti-loosening and water stability of the mixture at the early stage respectively. The standard Marshall and rutting test were used to evaluate the high-temperature stability of the mixture, and the beam bending test was used to evaluate the anti-cracking performance at low temperature. Finally, judging from the good mix design and performance, the technology of emulsified asphalt cold recycling technology, which is applied to the cold regeneration of pavement surface, will achieve good environmental protection, economy and excellent road performance.
