采用三种粘接剂(Vitacerec,Panavia21,TF粘接剂),将VitaMKⅡ型切削陶瓷、PlatⅡ型铸造陶瓷与牙釉质、牙本质粘接,考察其抗张粘接强度。结果表明:Vitacerec为VitaⅡ型切削陶瓷专用粘接剂,其与牙釉质、牙本质粘接强度高,分别为8.91MPa、8.48MPa;Panavia21可用于PlatⅡ型陶瓷与牙釉质、牙本质粘接,粘接强度为10.9MPa和7.13MPa,同时亦可用于VitaⅡ型陶瓷与牙釉质的粘接,其强度为7.48MPa;而TF粘接剂尚需改进,提高其与陶瓷的粘接强度。
Three kinds of adhesives (Vitacerec, Panavia21, TF adhesive) were used to bond VitaMK II cutting ceramics, Plat II casting ceramics to enamel and dentin, and their tensile strength was tested. The results showed that Vitacerec was a special adhesive for Vita II type cutting ceramics with high bonding strength with enamel and dentin, 8.91MPa and 8.48MPa respectively. Panavia21 could be used to bond Plat II with enamel and dentin , The bonding strength of 10.9MPa and 7.13MPa, but also can be used for Vita Ⅱ type ceramic and enamel bonding, the strength of 7.48MPa; and TF adhesive still needs improvement to improve its bonding with the ceramic strength.
