前言钢铁工业在现阶段正站在祖国经济建设的首要地位,随着钢铁工业的发展,钢铁的分析工作,更其重要了。因为分析工作关系到合金在制造过程中的控制及其应用,尤其目前我们不但要增加产品的数量,还要加强质量,因而每根钢材、每炉铁水或铸件,均须化验,所以化验工作是更多而且繁重了。如果分析工作者仍按过去化验的方法,是绝对跟不上目前配合生产的要求的。因为过去的方法,费时很多,操作复杂,同时亦只能在实验室中或具备一定的条件下,才能进行,已不适於目前各工厂现场或炉前试验的要求。
