目的探讨双份血清抗体ELISA法及聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术在儿童肺炎支原体(MP)感染诊断中的价值。方法168例呼吸道感染患儿检测血MP抗体,检测痰MP-PCR。结果痰PCR法、单、双份血清ELISA法检测MP的阳性率分别为26.78%、13.69%与22.62%;痰PCR法与单份血清ELISA法阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但与双份血清ELISA法阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);单、双份血清ELISA法阳性率比较差异显著(P<0.05);痰PCR检测与双份血清抗体检测关联性分析,相关系数r=0.6368。结论痰PCR法联合双份血清抗体检测,能明显提高MP感染的检出率,提高诊断的敏感性与特异性。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of double serum antibody ELISA and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods 168 cases of respiratory tract infection in children with anti-MP antibodies to detect sputum MP-PCR. Results The positive rates of sputum PCR and single and double serum ELISA for MP were 26.78%, 13.69% and 22.62% respectively. The positive rates of sputum PCR and single serum ELISA were significantly different (P <0.01) (P> 0.05). The positive rates of single and double serum ELISA were significantly different (P <0.05). The sputum PCR detection was correlated with the detection of double serum antibody Sex analysis, correlation coefficient r = 0.6368. Conclusion sputum PCR combined with double serum antibody detection can significantly improve the detection rate of MP infection and improve the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity.
