介绍了三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛(MUF)共缩聚树脂的合成以及反应后期不同尿素加入量对MUF共缩聚树脂性能的影响。同时借助DSC热分析仪考察了MUF的固化特征,结果表明:反应后期补加尿素主要影响MUF树脂固化吸收总热量及峰值温度,而且在固化剂加入前后,表现出了不同的固化反应。随着最后一次尿素加入量的增加,总体吸热量在逐渐下降。使用MUF共缩聚树脂压制的胶合木,其物理力学性能可以达到JAS中的相关指标。
The effects of the synthesis of melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) copolycondensation resin and the addition of different urea in the late reaction stage on the properties of MUF copolycondensation resin were introduced. At the same time, the curing characteristics of MUF were investigated by means of DSC thermal analyzer. The results showed that the addition of urea at the later stage mainly affected the total heat absorption and peak temperature of MUF resin, and showed different curing reaction before and after the addition of curing agent. As the amount of urea added last time, the overall endothermic amount is gradually declining. The use of MUF co-condensation resin pressed veneer, its physical and mechanical properties can reach the JAS related indicators.
