1975年毕业于长春光学精密机械学院，1982年调入《红旗》杂志社当编辑，著有《当代中国的消费之謎》、《中国的隐形经济》、《失落的尊严——惩腐备忘录》等书。本书是黄苇町同志于2001年苏共亡党十周年之际,在清华大学等高校及一些中央部委和省市机关所作的一系列反思苏东剧变专题报告的基础上形成的。篇目有:苏共亡党十年祭、谁是苏共的掘墓人、俄罗斯改革、历史在这里沉思。
He graduated from Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics in 1975, and was editor in red flag magazine in 1982. He is the author of “Enigma of Consumption in Contemporary China”, “China’s Invisible Economy”, “Lost Dignity - Memorandum of Punishment” Other books. This book was formed on the basis of a series of special reports on the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union made by universities such as Tsinghua University and some central ministries and provincial and municipal authorities on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Soviet Communist Party’s death in 2001. The articles are: Ten Years Festival of the Soviet Communist Party, who is the gravedigger of the CPSU, Russia’s reform, history here contemplates.
